Day 5 of 45 Day Challenge – Positive Change in Mindset Habits – Kurt Steele

I am going to talk about MOTIVATION.  Do you depend on others to motivate you?  Do you wait for your upline motivate you?  Do you wait for the “silver bullet” to motivate you?  OR…

Are you self motivated?  In other words, if no one else built this, would you still stay in the game.  This comes down to your “why”.  I was listening to Dani Johnson the other day and she said something profound.  “I realized that this was my only shot at financial freedom so whether anyone did this with me or not, I focused on taking action.”  Is this you?

Joe Syverson always reminds me many times that getting myself in to a state of winning is my full time outcome.  I have realized that when I follow up with leads in PEAK STATE, I build rapport and have powers of influence.  Here are some tips for me to get into PEAK STATE:

1.  Take a walk or exercise – I can say that this works 100% of the time  because the link between physiology and my emotions is so consistent and powerful.  MOVE!!!  When I make calls, I get up in my office and pace because the movement makes em oscillate at a powerful level.

2.  Affirmations – This is amazing for me.  When I get up in the am and when I go to bed, my mind must focus on affirmations.  I have an article on this subject.  Read More…

3.  Meditation – Focusing your brain on centering on positive thought and practicing the discipline of holding that focus not allowing your mind to shift.  This takes practice but it really works…TRY IT

4.  Gratitude -  The power of gratitude can not be over emphasized.  “What is great about this?”  This is a power question for any situation even in challenges.

5.  Take Massive action on a goal -  This is so simple but it is so profound.  Make that call NOW.  Get to the gym NOW. “Now” is the keyword!

Commit afresh and anew to your outcomes, get in a peak state, and go for it!

  1. I’ve been surfing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will be much more useful than ever before.

  2. good post, added you to my RSS reader.
