I was watching Monday Night Football last night and once again found myself asking myself, “what has changed?” The answer is a powerful word, the Coach! Then I heard Steve Young talk about how Coach Harbaugh saw Alex’s potential. We all deserve coaches who see our potential. Who do you have in your life that sees beyond your limits and weaknesses to your potential? If you do not have someone get someone quick. Pick a coach who inspires you and drives you. My coaches, Joe Syverson and Dean Mitzel ALWAYS inspire my best and keep me at my peak. This video reminds me of Joe and Dean:
